This enables you to attach images and videos when submitting reports to estate managers, providing valuable visual context. Any media you attach is stored securely on our backend servers and is accessible only to the estate managers responsible for addressing your reports. We never use your media for purposes other than issue reporting and resolution. You have complete control over whether to attach media to your reports.

We do not share Personal Information with unaffiliated third parties except when necessary for our legitimate business interests, to provide you with our Services, or as required or permitted by law, regulations, or professional standards.
